About 1000 violations committed against children, women in al-Dhala'a

 A human rights report has revealed that militias of the Houthis and ousted President Ali Abdullah Saleh committed grim crimes against women and children in al-Dhala'a governorate during the period between March 20 , 2015 and December 31, 2016. The report issued by the Awareness Center for Media and Human Right cited that more than 1286 violations were committed against children and women during 21 months. The report reiterated that the violations including murder, injury, abduction, enforced deportation, deprivation of education, destroying of schools and health facilities.  It said that 19 children were killed during the past two years, pointing out that nine of them were murdered as a result of indiscriminate bombardment, five ones were sniped five others were killed with landmines and shrapnel.  The report spelt out that 13 women were murdered, explaining that nine of them were killed due to indiscriminate bombing, another one was killed by snipers and three other cases died as the militias prevented them from being taken to hospital.  It cited that 102 children and 91 women were wounded, pointing out that under-18 children were also abducted from al-Dhale'a governorate.  The report issued in Arabic included hundreds of crimes and violations which were committed against children and women in al-Dhale'a governorate
